Wallpaper Boys Installation Partner Terms

These terms apply where Wallpaper Boys is engaged by a third party to provide wallpaper installation services.
1. Scope of Services
Wallpaper Boys provides professional wallpaper installation services only.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wallpaper Boys is not responsible for the manufacture, supply, specification, storage, transportation or quality control of wallpaper or associated materials supplied by others.
2. Payment & Booking
Installation dates are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
No installation dates will be held or reserved pending payment.
Availability is confirmed at the time cleared payment is received.
3. Commercial Independence
Wallpaper Boys operates as an independent contractor.
Nothing in this relationship creates an agency, employment, partnership or exclusive arrangement between the parties.
Wallpaper Boys reserves the right to accept or decline projects based on availability, location and commercial suitability.
4. Materials
Wallpaper Boys installs materials as supplied.
Wallpaper Boys accepts no responsibility for:
- print quality;
- colour consistency;
- manufacturing defects;
- substrate performance;
- incorrect dimensions;
- product specifications;
- courier damage; or
- any defect arising prior to installation.
Where installation cannot reasonably proceed due to defective or unsuitable materials, Wallpaper Boys may suspend works until replacement materials are supplied.
5. Reinstallation
Where reinstallation is required due to manufacturing defects, incorrect printing, replacement materials or any issue outside the control of Wallpaper Boys, a new installation charge shall apply at Wallpaper Boys’ prevailing rates.
6. Site Visits & Call-Outs
All site inspections, consultations, factory visits, meetings, snag inspections and return visits are chargeable.
Call-out fees are charged in accordance with Wallpaper Boys’ published rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Changes to Scope
Any additional work outside the agreed installation scope shall be quoted separately.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- additional walls;
- revised layouts;
- client changes;
- waiting time;
- return visits;
- remedial work caused by others; and
- additional installation days.
8. Site Readiness
The installation area must be ready for installation upon arrival.
Where delays occur due to unfinished building works, access restrictions, unsuitable site conditions or client delays, Wallpaper Boys reserves the right to reschedule the installation and recover any associated costs.
9. Liability
Wallpaper Boys is responsible only for the workmanship of its installation services.
Liability does not extend to materials supplied by others or defects originating before installation.
Wallpaper Boys’ total liability shall not exceed the value of the installation services provided.
10. Future Volume
Each project is quoted independently.
Future opportunities, anticipated roll-outs or projected work volumes do not form part of any commercial agreement unless confirmed in writing.
11. Good Faith
Wallpaper Boys values long-term commercial relationships built on professionalism, transparency and mutual respect.
These terms are intended to provide clarity, protect both parties and ensure every project is delivered to the highest professional standard.
