Installation Requirements:

All walls and/or wooden surfaces must be prepped, primed, and painted. The responsibility for prepping and priming walls lies with the client. Wallpaper Boys is not liable for any issues arising from defective walls or incorrect prep work.

 

Cancellation Policy:

A 48-hour notification is required for cancellation or changes to installation appointments. Failure to provide timely notification may result in the client remaining liable for installation costs.

 

Material Variations:

Due to differences in monitors, lighting, and printing processes, the colors and textures of wallpapers may vary slightly from what is displayed on our website or in samples. We cannot guarantee an exact match and recommend reviewing physical samples before making a final decision.

 

Installation Challenges:

While we strive for precision and quality in our installations, certain factors such as wall irregularities, electrical outlets, and architectural features may pose challenges during the installation process. Wallpaper Boys will make every effort to address these challenges, but we cannot guarantee a seamless installation in every circumstance.

 

Custom Orders:

Customized or made-to-order wallpapers may have longer lead times and are subject to additional terms and conditions. Please review the specific details of your custom order carefully before proceeding.

 

Maintenance and Care:

Proper maintenance and care are essential for preserving the longevity and appearance of wallpaper. We recommend following manufacturer guidelines for cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

 

Limited Warranty:

Wallpaper Boys may offer a limited warranty on certain products and services. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions provided with your purchase for details on coverage and exclusions.

 

Property Damage:

While our installers take great care to minimize the risk of damage during installation, Wallpaper Boys is not liable for any damage to property or belongings that may occur during the course of our services. We recommend clearing the installation area of valuable or fragile items prior to our arrival.

 

Removal and Disposal:

Wallpaper removal and disposal services may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Please inquire about these services when scheduling your installation. Please note that once the installation is complete and Wallpaper Boys’ installers have left the site, we are not responsible for any damage, defects, or issues that may occur to the wallpaper or installation site thereafter. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by environmental factors, improper maintenance, or subsequent alterations to the installation area.
